Hyde Hotels, Resorts & Residences, part of the Accor group, announced the first Hyde hotel outside the United States, Hyde Dubai Business Bay, near the iconic Burj Khalifa directly overlooking the canal and the Business promenade Bay. The project is being developed in collaboration with the owner, Emerald Palace Group, who has been developing and building residential projects in Ukraine, the United Arab Emirates and Russia since 1996, including the newly announced Raffles the Palm Dubai.
This news follows Accor’s latest phase of expansion and its proposed joint venture with Ennismore, which will see the creation of one of the world’s largest and fastest growing lifestyle operators. , which should include Hyde Hotels, Resorts & Residences. This will be the fifth opening under the Hyde brand.

Hyde Hotel Dubai Business Bay, a five-star hotel, is slated to open in the fourth quarter of 2021. The 276 rooms, all with balconies, will be a mix of standard rooms and suites with views of the Dubai Canal, Dubai skyline and the iconic Burj Khalifa – the tallest building in the world. The hotel will offer three Accor dining experiences, including Mediterranean concept Cleo, contemporary Japanese Katsuya, artisan burgers from Hudson Tavern and The Perq, concept café, as well as a lobby lounge, swimming pool and lounge. Hyde, five meeting rooms and a banquet hall, spa, men’s / women’s lounge, fitness center, swimming pool and shopping area. The hotel’s public areas, rooms and Cleo will be designed by Ciarmoli Queda Studio. The Katsuya Pool and Lounge, Hudson Tavern and Hyde will be designed by Tristan Plessis Studio.
Accor’s introduction of the Hyde brand in Dubai follows the hotel company’s global expansion of its premium luxury and lifestyle portfolio as part of a recent acquisition of the sbe hotel brands. Additional openings include the recent debuts of SLS Dubai and SLS Cancun.
The establishment will be part of ALL Accor Live Limitless, Accor’s lifestyle loyalty program, allowing customers to earn and redeem points during their stay at the hotel.
