Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort welcomes world-renowned pastry chef Yves Reynaud

Gourmet patisserie is set to become even more luxurious at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort as internationally acclaimed chef Yves Reynaud joins the dedicated patisserie team as a consultant in summer 2022.

Committed to excellence in every bite, Anantara is delighted to bring enhanced deliciousness to every pastry served from breakfast to light bites and exquisite desserts. Chef Yves brings an unrivaled reputation and 37 years of experience as a pastry chef in luxury hotels and gourmet patisseries around the world.

Trained at the prestigious cooking schools and delicatessens Ecole Lenotre, Ecole Du Grand Chocolat Valrhona and Fauchon in Paris, Chef Yves began his career as a pastry chef at the Grand Hotel Du Cap Ferrat in France and has since put his talent and his expertise serving United Arab Emirates, Russia, Indonesia, Croatia, Uzbekistan, Kuwait, Romania, Qatar, Maldives and his home town of Fort William in Scotland.

He served at two Michelin-starred restaurants, consulted with luxury brand hotels for grand openings, training baking teams and large celebratory events, and created Café Chardon, his own luxury cafe and pastry shop in Ft. William. Chef Yves travels to Dubai with well-deserved respect as a world-renowned pastry chef.

Chef Yves Reynaud arrived at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort on May 23, 2022 for a three-month stay and is already working hard with the resort’s pastry team to create delicious and luxurious products for all guests and visitors to ‘Anantara.
