Chef George Kniher has crafted a menu brimming with sharing plates and classic flavors to provide an upscale social dining experience that appeals to everyone. Colorful plant-based Signature Mezze, complete with Hummus, Mouhammarah, Moutabel and Baba Ghanouj accompanied by freshly baked pita, and the refreshing Watermelon Salad, with feta cheese, fresh mint leaves, smoked salt, roasted pistachio and extra virgin olive oil, to the indulgent Black Truffle Flatbread and Cheese Manakish. Cleo’s chic coastal interiors were conceptualized by South African designer Tristan Plessis.
