Kleindienst completes 50% structural work on 191-key hotel in Dubai

Leading property developer Kleindienst Group has announced that 50% of structural construction has been completed at the Marbella Hotel, a bustling resort offering an authentic taste of Spain off the coast of Dubai.

The six-storey hotel structure reached halfway through this month, with construction surpassing the third floor, and is expected to be completed by Expo 2020, with facade cladding to be completed in the fourth quarter of the year. .

As part of the first phase of The Heart of Europe, the Spanish-inspired resort is the fastest construction update on Europe Island, the largest island in the project.

With its waterproofing, compaction and raft completed in January 2021 in just six months, the site has achieved a major milestone, championed by its mission to bring the best of Spain to Dubai.

Kleindienst said the units are not yet on sale and the sales launch will take place during Expo2020.

The hotel in Marbella will include 191 keys, of which 140 will be high-end hotel apartments, each with a panoramic terrace and up to 47 m² of space.

Guests will also have the choice of 48 five-star luxury cuevas – i.e. caves – with sizes up to 60 m², as well as three luxury “fisherman’s house” suites, comprising a generous 250 m² and a large observation deck.

The upscale boutique hotel will span a total area of ​​20,881m² to recreate an authentic taste of Spain just minutes from Dubai’s shores, he added.

According to Kleindienst, the hotel is also close to four nearing completion visionary hospitality concepts located in the heart of Europe: Portofino – the region’s first family hotel, the must-visit seaside resort on the Riviera ‘Azur, inspired by the French Riviera, Rainbow Beach – the lifestyle beach of crystal clear water and Raining Street – the world’s first climate-controlled street where it will rain on command all year round.

Guests looking for the vibrancy, warmth, flavors and sounds of Marbella without the hassle of a long flight from Dubai can expect a completely immersive journey underpinned by elements of the Spanish experience at every touchpoint.
