Expo 2020 Dubai is ready for action with a plethora of chefs, concepts and restaurants to explore as international chefs soar to shake up the city’s restaurant scene and redefine Dubai’s culinary history.

From LA to Singapore, Beirut to London, this month some of the world’s best restaurants are coming to Dubai for the very first time. Including Scarpetta’s very first burrata bar, David Myers’ ADRIFT Burger Bar and Rohit Ghai’s Kutir.

ADRIFT Burger Bar by David Myers

Named “the perfect burger” by the New York Times, chef David Myers’ epic burger recipe has traveled from LA to Tokyo, from Singapore to Dubai. After a decade on the road, David launched ADRIFT Burger Bar in his hometown of Venice Beach in 2020. Serving exclusive burgers, adult shakes and crispy sides, ADRIFT Burger Bar embraces David’s California roots with notes. of his travels engraved in the menu.

Learn the skills of artisan baking with London-based Bread Ahead Bakery

London-based Bread Ahead bakery is making its UAE debut at Expo 2020 Dubai. With a cult following among Londoners and food fanatics across the globe, Bread Ahead will bring its signature donuts – try the classic combination of vanilla or salty honeycomb and caramel. Sourdough pizzas will also be sold by the slice, created using the Bread Ahead method, using fresh, seasonal ingredients. Bread Ahead will also be running a series of baking workshops with their on-site baking school, led by master tutors. Join Bread Ahead for a taste of the art of artisan baking.

Le Jubilee Gastronomy Restaurant, dining room, lounge and rooftop bar

Jubilee Gastronomy presents a program of unique gastronomic experiences in its signature Chef’s Table concept. Hosting an intimate tasting experience for lunch and dinner every Tuesday throughout Expo 2020 Dubai, 26 of the world’s top chefs will create a signature four- and nine-course menu, followed by appearances from two famous local chefs. times per week.
